It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
Europe: 5-8 business days
International: 10-20 business days
The products you can buy on the website jardindelmar.es are of two types:
Jardín del Mar’s artisan products, handmade from recycled material, packaged and shipped directly from Jardín del Mar. These products include: costume jewelry, paintings on wood or paper, objects made of recycled wood and products that have the words “handmade”. Generally the shipping costs are included.
products printed, packaged and shipped to Europe and the rest of the world by a professional Print on Demand and Dropshipping partner. These products include: art prints, posters and T-shirts. The shipping cost is separate.
So, in case of purchase of, for example, a print (type 1) and a jewel of costume jewelry (type 2), you will receive two (2) different deliveries, with probable different times and costs.

As for "Type 1" products (costume jewelry, paintings on wood or paper, objects made of recycled wood and products that have the words “handmade”), they are shipped directly from Jardín del Mar, then from Spain or Italy.
For "Type 2" products (art prints, posters and T-shirts), we work with an on-demand order processing company with facilities all over the world!
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—I f you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number.
If you found an error in your delivery address:
As for the "Type 1" products, we are very sorry but we can not do anything because our products are unique handmade pieces.
For "Type 2" products we can send you a replacement order, but the shipment will be at your expense.

Products "Type 1":
our products are entirely handmade with recycled material, they are unique and irreproducible in the same way. Every possible imperfection is not to be considered a defect but a characteristic that, on the contrary, adds value to the product.
Products "Type 2":
We work with a reliable and high quality print forwarder on demand.
They have locations all over the world, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped by the facility that can do it in the most efficient way!
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
